HR and talent acquisition manager. Part-time (2-3 days a week) or contract.

Position Summary: As an HR and Talent Acquisition Manager reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our team, ensuring that Electrobac continues on its path of rapid and sustainable growth. With 40 employees spread across Montreal and Cambridge, ON, in a hybrid work setting, your mission will be to attract, develop, and retain top talent who are passionate about building something unique and making a significant environmental impact.

Tâches et responsabilités

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and update monthly talent forecasting sessions with the C-suite.
Formulate and execute recruitment strategies for open positions.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring alignment with our values
Support managers in crafting personal development or improvement plans for team members.
Organize training and development opportunities to maximize internal hires.
Continually update HR policies to reflect best practices and legal compliance.

Qualifications requises

Bilingual proficiency (French and English)
Proven expertise in recruitment and headhunting.
Independent and creative problem-solving skills.
Passionate about making a positive impact on the environment
Capacity to travel from time to time to meet partners, clients, and the team

Preferred Qualifications: experience in a high-growth environment and CHRP or IRC designation.
